Can I go to any office to see any provider?

AOC has 17 doctors who are all sub-specialized, however each doctor sees patients at different offices. AOC’s main office is located in Athens, and we offer 8 outreach locations for your convenience. Please reference our Locations page for more information.

Do I need a referral to see a provider?

You only need a referral if your insurance requires that you have one before seeing a specialist.

What insurances do you take?

How do I make an appointment?

How do I get a prescription refill?

If you need a prescription refilled, please call your pharmacy. For drugs requiring a written prescription, please call 706.549.1663 and ask to speak with your doctor’s nurse.

How can I get copies of my records?

Please contact Carla at 706.549.1663 ext. 4027 to obtain medical records. Please allow 10 days for processing.
