About Brandon Lai

Brandon is a board certified physician assistant who earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Georgia.

He went on to earn his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Mercer University, where he trained alongside a variety of orthopedic surgeons who helped shape his passion for orthopedic surgery, patient-centered care, and lifelong learning.

Throughout his orthopedic experience, Brandon worked extensively in sports medicine and joint replacement surgery, serving as a first assist in the operating room, providing sideline coverage for local high school football teams, assisting with medical coverage at professional boxing events, and evaluating and treating athletes both on and off the field.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys powerlifting, cooking, traveling, hiking through national parks,  and playing guitar.
