About David Wright

David Wright, PA-C is a native of Oak Ridge, TN and a 2002 graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and an emphasis in Athletic Training.

David Wright, PA-C is a native of Oak Ridge, TN and a 2002 graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and an emphasis in Athletic Training and the Surgical Physician Assistant program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2004. After graduating from UAB in 2004, he began work with our Foot and Ankle surgeons here at AOC, where he has spent the majority of his career.

He met his wife, Amy, while attending UGA. She is a School Administrator currently working in Barrow County. He and Amy are both involved with Lake Lanier Rowing Club at the site of the former Olympic rowing site of the 1996 Atlanta games and believe that rowing is a great opportunity for youth athletes as well as a lifelong, low-impact sport for patients to consider.
