About Katherine Hamil, PT, DPT

A Georgia native, Katherine earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Georgia State University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Exercise in Sports Science from the University of Georgia.

She is a frequent community volunteer and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia and is CPR, AED certified through the American Heart Association. Katherine believes treating each patient with compassion and kindness, while providing patients with individualized care.

After completing her doctoral degree, Katherine was excited to return to her favorite city to work for Athens Orthopedic Clinic. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, and finding new recipes to cook
