About Wade Castleberry

Wade graduated Magma Cum Laude from the University of Georgia and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Georgia Southern University.

Dividing his time between our sports physical therapy clinic and our spine and total joint clinic, he delivers comprehensive, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique recovery journey.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), he blends high-level performance principles with clinical rehabilitation to help athletes and active individuals safely return to the sports and activities they love. He prides himself on building strong patient rapport and empowering individuals of all movement levels to exceed their personal recovery goals.

When he is not working, he enjoys being active and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
