Alan Keating
Alan Keating grew up just outside of Washington DC in Silver Spring, Maryland. After graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Psychology, he worked in mental health care for six years before returning to Essex College for his degree as a physician assistant. He later earned his master's in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska. Mr. Keating is also a continuing medical education lecturer and workshop instructor for American Academy of Physician Assistant chapters. He and his wife have two adult sons.
Alan is a passionate volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America. He has served as an Assistant Scout Master and Medical officer for the Scouts for over twenty years. In his free time, Alan enjoys kayaking, traveling, and carpentry projects.
