Deanna Long, PT, MPT
Deanna Long, PT, MPT graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 2004 with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. She joined the AOC team in 2014. Deanna has spent over half her career specializing in spine therapy. She enjoys using her skills to care for patients with both acute and chronic spine pain, as well as SI joint pain. Deanna fully invests in each patient under her care and strives to provide a compassionate environment for healing through a combination of exercise and hands on techniques.
Deanna also specializes in the evaluation and treatment of runners. She has always been drawn to working with runners as result of her own passion for running. Her experience as a runner gives her a unique insight into the challenges her clients face and this insight allows her to develop individualized treatment plans to improve performance and decrease the risk of running injuries.
When Deanna is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also enjoys running, having completed many half marathons and numerous road races.
