Summary

This study explores a 44-year-old male with a proximal tibia fracture treated with external fixation who developed postoperative hypersensitivity in both legs. Measurements of intramuscular pressures in all compartments of the injured leg showed perfusion pressures of 40 mmHg, indicating maintained compartment perfusion.
